From the back cover:

You just won't believe all the creative and cool techniques for training for all martial arts on this one tape - Saekson Janijira is a magician. This tape has more on blocking plus tons of drills that can be used in any martial art. You will learn the right way to use traditional pads as well as innovative and new pad drills that he has created himself. He also shows how and why to use paper for kicking and punching. This tape is an absolute must for trainers and fighters as well as those who want to learn how they really train in Bangkok in those Muay Thai camps we have all heard about. Saekson Janijira is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet outside of the ring but inside the ring its a totally different story. Over 200 fights and he lost only 4 this tape shows you why he has become a legend in Bangkok and in America. He is quite simply 100% a Master of Muay Thai.

Post Viewing Notes

For this series, lighting, sound and video quality are average - no issues. The "author", Saekson Janjira, wears a body mic so there are occasional clothing rustles, but nothing too distracting. He speaks with an accent, but clearly and, in conjunction with his movements, is easy to understand (so you don't have to keep hitting "rewind" to figure out what he said).

Most of the DVD is from a single viewing angle, but he moves around so things are clearly shown. Occasional changes to viewing angle, but it's similar to attending a seminar or lecture with limited close ups. Chapter stops every couple of minutes - quite acceptable.

However, the techniques and methods presented REALLY ARE good and clearly explained. He obviously knows his stuff and has done these drills A LOT!

Overall, a nice DVD and series - worth multiple viewings. Each DVD has too much material to really digest in one sitting anyway.

Approximately 51 minutes long.
