This is a "Piranha Gear" oval sticker with the Piranha Gear fish featured prominently. Made specifically for car windows, it's roughly 7" wide and 5 1/2" high. It's printed in red and the "front" peels off after it's applied to the window - leaving only the lettering on the window. It is intended to be used on (tinted?) car windows, but it would work on any contrasting (non-white) background.
The sticker could also be applied without the words since it's easy to remove them prior to application.
NOTE: The sticker is WHITE and the photo was taken with a black background behind the sticker.
