We recommend your men's t-shirt size to figure out what will work best for you. That's what we have most of our items made to fit.
Obviously, if you're "tall & thin" or "not-tall & not-thin", you'll want to adjust accordingly. That means you're usually go with your height if you're thin, and your weight if you're not-thin.
