Post Viewing Notes

Video, lighting, and audio are done very well. A step above the average instructional DVD's.

The kicking techniques are taught, and demonstrated by, Joe Lewis and done well. He's obviously a skilled instructor (or at least he would rock as a "seminar speaker") and does a very good job of verbalizing the movements and adding comments that help with learning and practicing the moves.

Covers setting up the attack, counter attack, and combinations. Lots of good step-by-step and explanations of the why and how so you really understand the principles he's trying to get across.

Another very good DVD that is definitely worth many viewings. You will definitely learn something worthwhile from this video. Makes you wish you could listen to him all day (and then some).

Total running time: 56 minutes with 18 chapter stops
