Two focus mitts made from synthetic leather. They measure approximately 10'' long, 7 1/2'' wide and 2'' thick for extra shock absorbing. Easy closing with Velcro wrist strap.
This is for a PAIR of focus mitts (two).
While these are very well made, they are probably not ideal for use in a gym or school. We'd recommend you step up to the leather ones since hours of use each day is going to wear these out after a couple of months (but for home use, well, if you're using them THAT often, we'd hate to be buying your groceries and feed you).
The current stock does not ALL have an aiming spot in the center of the striking area.
