Two heavy duty Focus Mitts made from top grade leather - ideal for use in a school or gym, but they might be overkill for home use.
They are approximately 12'' long, 7 1/2' wide and 2'' thick for extra shock absorbing and easy to close with velcro wrist strap.

These are very well made, but may be too hard for bare fisted use. We recommend you at least wear bag gloves when using them. They might be a little heavy for some women on the receiving end since they weigh over a pound each (doesn't sound like a lot, but it get's tiring after a while). We also sell a "lighter" style for little duty use at "home".
