But we really mean it. You can read about our returns and exchange policy, but the bottom line is: If you're not happy, neither are we.

Rather than try to tell you what we mean, we feel it's best to let other people that have actually found out "the hard way" if we stand behind these words or not. These comments are only from customers that actually needed to swap sizes, asked questions or returned items. These are all unsolicited and unedited feedback comments. Well... We could go on, but you probably got the point by now... We try to make sure that EVERY person that deals with us - even if they need to return their order - will feel the same way about us as any person that wrote one of the above comments.
