Actually, using your t-shirt size works remarkably well.
And we mean your "adult men's t-shirt" size
This is our same top-of-the-line long-sleeved rash guard, but made for TALL people. The sleeves are about 3" longer and the torso is about 4 1/2" longer than our regular fit.
These are blank rash guards except for a small (about 2 1/2") "Piranha Gear" oval below the back of the neck.
Tight fitting, elasticized, stay-fit edge on cuff and at bottom hem of shirt. Made of a durable Lycra blend fabric (spandex).
We also put an insert from the wrist, through the underarm, and all the way down the side of your stomach. So you don't have a seam RIGHT UNDER YOUR ARM - bugging the heck out of you.
