Recipient of only a handful of black belts ever given by Helio Gracie - there's NO QUESTION Mansur not only knows what he's talking about, but his movements show he's CLEARLY a master! It's not BS, this guy really does know his stuff. Very smooth!

For this series, lighting, sound and video quality are maybe slightly above average and perfectly adequate. For audio, the instructor teaches the whole video in Brazilian, but the sound is muted and there's a fluent English translation given in real time (added post production). The verbal is perfectly clear with good instructions as to what the moves are about and nice little "extras".
