Wow! They are NOT kidding around. At first, it seemed like just a video with a couple of guys doing techniques to each other. But it was easy to see REALLY FAST that the proverbial "picture is worth a thousand words".

Someone could take an hour to go over just the first dozen moves in this DVD. And there are, well, A LOT of techniques - they didn't scrimp on material. Well done, clean and clear.

Moves are done slowly, then normal speed. AND they are done twice each speed - 180 degrees apart so you can see everything. Also a great job of doing close ups on the hold or lock that's being emphasized.

The last 8 - 10 minutes or so are just sparing exercises which ALONE would be a great DVD. Super bonus.

Video on this DVD is VERY GOOD, production values also above average. There is very little sound - just some grunting - and limited (but clear) voiceover on some tactics. More would have been welcome, but that's a whole other DVD.

Very impressive, probably one of the best DVDs we've ever seen on vale tudo and MMA style grappling.

Running time is 60 minutes - a really honest hour too.
