Audio and video are both excellent! Superb productions values - among the best we've seen. Easily rivaling anything you'd expect out of a top-notch production house.

The two instructors (one with a very MINOR accent - not an issue at all) speak on camera or voice over giving smoothly delivered information and instructions. Not a bunch of filler and mood music. Most of the DVD gets right to the point in a very professional manner.

Technically and content-wise, this series of DVDs is REALLY top-notch. Even trying to be super critical, there really isn't anything they could have done better. No compromises on quality, just an all around great DVD.
