The instructor has lots of clean techniques and lots on nice drills to practice them. But this is DEFINITELY intended for sparring and tournaments including advice on how to get the referees to favor you in a tie and make the points LOOK like a good point. Nothing wrong with it (and it's nicely done), but it's not about formal techniques, power or kata.

While it's called "Advanced Kumite for Black Belts", most experienced black belts will probably be familiar with most of the techniques and drills. This also spends very little time on the basics (HOW to kick or punch) but does address some of the "make it look good" issues you want to keep in mind for tournaments.

Worth getting and worth more than one viewing.

Sound quality was OK - not great, but quite understandable. No language problems and lighting was fine. She repeated most of the drills from more than one angle (if it applied). Acceptable use of slow motion and chapter stops.
