Nicely done explanations for defenses against hands, chokes, knife, gun take aways and from the ground. Each technique is shown full speed and then slowly with the instructor doing a nice job of explaining the techniques and showing variations along with WHY you should be doing things that way. Also showing what to look out for and an emphasis on being able to use the techniques without hours/weeks/months of practice.

The instructor's method of showing the techniques is very helpful and done clearly. Clearly a DVD worth watching more than once.

Video and lighting are fine/acceptable. Audio is also fine. The instructor has a slight (Israeli) accent, but it's not a problem as he's very understandable.
