These are two Punching Mitts made from synthetic leather. They are 10'' long, 7.5'' wide and 2'' thick for extra shock absorbing. Easy closing with Velcro wrist strap. Very strong and well made.

This is for a pair (2) focus mitts. The current stock does not ALL have a white spot in the center of the striking area.

Very nice pads, easy to slip on and off. It takes a bit of stretching but I can even keep my MMA gloves on while my partner is hitting the pads. No more wasted time taking off/on the gloves when it's your time to hit.
