Cloth Knee Pads

This pair of white Shock Wave knee pads is made of a thick foam padding (roughly 3/4"). The outside is made of a durable elasticized fabric blend. It's a non-slip fit and holds shape and size through repeated use and washings. No special care is required (though we don't recommend machine drying since that kind of beats any sort of padding up).

Since most people don't keep their legs STRAIGHT during their whole workout (we don't), we thought it was kind of dumb to have knee pads that were FLAT. These are made of foam that's molded to a slight curve to better fit your knees when they are BENDING - we use them too and wanted something that wasn't going to KILL our knees after 20 minutes...

For sizing we usually recommend that you match your t-shirt size. Unless your body type is one extreme or the other, that's what we have them made to fit.
