Piranha Gear Return Policy

If you're not happy, we'll do our best to make it right. No complicated refund process. No "Return Authorization Numbers". No excuses. No run-around. No BS.

We buy stuff online too and hate when it's a pain to return something. We understand there's a certain "unknown" when you buy something that you can't see, touch or try on first.

No one on this end is going to pass judgment to see if you're "allowed" to return it. We'll even take back your order if you've used it. The last thing we want is for you to feel like you're "stuck" with something.

However, we do ask that you make your return within 60 days. We usually process returning items within a day or two and you'll get an email saying the refund was processed or the exchange has been queued up to ship out. We're usually pretty good about that, so if you haven't heard anything for a while, we probably haven't received it yet.

If an item in your order was broken or defective, please contact us with that information before you send anything back. We handle those situations on a case-by-case basis and want to figure out the best way to take care of you.

Click here to get a return form in PDF format to include inside the box or envelope - it will help us figure out who it's from, what you want, and how to get it taken care of as quickly as possible. Please do try to give some extra thought to what we might have been able to do to help avoid the return/exchange in the first place (size charts, particular angle for a photo, etc.). We'd really like to help the next person avoid the same issue. If you're having trouble with the PDF form, here's an alternate version you can print.

If you're exchanging the item for a different size or color, we don't charge any additional shipping as long as you're inside the U.S. (the first time anyway). If you're outside the US, additional shipping charges may apply when sending a replacement. Please be sure to wash any clothing or uniforms before returning. If you return a used item for a size swap we might substitute a washed/new item for the replacement.

Returns are USUALLY processed within a day or two of when they are received (except for Mondays - we're usually SUPER busy on Mondays packing orders from the weekend). You will get either an email confirmation "order" showing the new size/color you requested - or a notice saying the refund has been submitted.
