Guaranteed Satisfaction
The foundation of our business is built upon the belief that customer satisfaction is the most important determining factor of our success. We genuinely want you to enjoy the merchandise purchased at our site.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase or your shopping experience, please e-mail us at Customer Service or call us toll-free at (877) 977-GEAR. Outside the US and Canada please use (408) 268-8699.

We'll be be happy to work with you. We are here to help and we are committed to providing a great shopping experience.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns for an exchange, a store credit or a refund, if you are not completely satisfied. In an effort to keep prices low for all our customers, shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded and new shipping and handling charges may apply for exchanges. Thank you in advance for your understanding. If you decide to return or exchange the item you purchased at our store, please contact us at CustomerService@PiranhaGear.com within 30 days to request a return authorization number.

Shipping
Your items will usually be shipped within 1 business day of cleared payment. APO's and international orders may require an extra day for processing.

Shipping within the US is sent either United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail (estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 days), First Class Mail (estimated delivery time is 9 - 11 days) or FedEx (time varies depending on the method selected).

Occasionally we may need to use an alternate carrier, but try to make sure the delivery speed is at least as fast as the service you've chosen and paid for.

Unfortunately, orders shipped to California addresses are subject to Sales Taxes.

NOTE: USPS is the only delivery service that will deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO's. If you are mailing to a non-street address and select a shipping method other than USPS your order will be delayed. We will try to reach you for an alternate address or, failing that, refund your money and cancel the order.

International Customers
We sell to customers all over the world and really appreciate your business. However, we are required by law to fill-in customs forms as "merchandise" using the actual purchase price. Note that we are not responsible for customs charges. Please check with your post office or customs office for potential import taxes. We are sorry, but we cannot accept international personal checks.

International orders are sent via USPS First Class Air or USPS International Priority Mail. Although the estimated delivery time is 10 - 14 business days, our experience is that it occasionally takes as long as 3-5 weeks because of delays with customs. Unfortunately, once it's in the mail system there is nothing we can do to speed things up.

Special note for Italy: because of problems shipping heavy packages, we cannot ship any orders over 16 ounces. We've very sorry for the inconvenience, but we've had extremely bad luck with the speed and reliability of the Italian mail system. Before we ship your order, we'll contact you to confirm you do not mind the limit or possible additional shipping time.

Assumption of the Risk
By buying Piranha Gear products, you understand and agree that martial arts (including boxing) are high risk activities and, to the extent permitted by law, YOU EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH OR OTHER PERSONAL INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN SUCH ACTIVITIES WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT OF PIRANHA GEAR including but not limited to equipment malfunction from whatever cause, or any other fault of Piranha Gear. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold Piranha Gear harmless from any third party claims arising from such high risk activities or any other Piranha Gear product.

Warning
Use and misuse of products sold through this website involves serious risks including injury, disability and death. Purchasers, users and participants assume all risk of injury. Piranha Gear cannot and will not be responsible for the misuse or unauthorized and improper use of products sold through this website or otherwise.

High Risk Activity
Products sold through this website include equipment and gear for martial arts training. Participation in these activities should be considered a high-risk sports activity. Your participation in any of these activities is at your own risk.

Most products displayed at the Site are available while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on the Site may not be available. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States and select international markets.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Occasionally, the product's color, design or printing may have been altered and the photo shown on the site may not match the product itself.

Miscellaneous
Unless otherwise specified and except to the extent Piranha Gear products are offered for sale through this Site, this Site and the Contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting products and services available in the United States and select foreign markets. This Site is controlled and operated by Piranha Gear from its offices in San Jose, California. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of California.

Termination
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Piranha Gear. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Piranha Gear also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Piranha Gear’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.
